Searching for meaning, or something like it
I just took a quick look at my site statistics (still averaging about 50 visits per day) and was amused to find that "the difference between a squid and an octopus" is no longer the most popular search string leading people here. That's been overtaken by searches involving duct tape and hair removal. "Can dogs eat blueberries?" is still pretty popular (yes, and they love them), as is "diy haircut" and searches for a tater tot hot dish recipe. (Or, more commonly: "tator tot hot dish.") "Green moth" is also pretty big.

I get lots of hits for that very neutral, rather boring pic of Valerie Bertinelli. Go figure!
My Michfest thread continues to get lots of hits, from all over the world--Turkey, Argentina, Italy. I had no idea Michfest was so well-known, worldwide.
My Ingmar Bergman post got hits from all over Scandinavia--Finland, Denmark, etc. They obviously loved him. (R.I.P.)
I get a few weird ones. Not too many...the hot granny pr0n one took me aback though.
Thank you so very much for linking to me! You are awfully cute as well.
Seems like most of the people searching for the tater tot hotdish recipe are from Minnesota and Wisconsin, etc. I can't believe they don't already know how to make it.
Hot granny pr0n? Whatever works, I guess.
My Fantastic Planet post is apparently linked on some Korean board, and they are all linking to me and talking about me in a language I can't read!
A new and interesting experience. :)
yeah, daisy -- I found one in french the other day. go figure.
