Happy Birthday, Mr. Waits
I always like to play "I don't want to grow up" on my birthday even though I mostly like being a grownup just fine. Here he is:
And here's some more:
- What's He Building In There?
- Tom Traubert's Blues
- Hold On
- Going Out West
- Step Right Up
- Big In Japan
- Chocolate Jesus
"Just remember that the large print giveth and the small print taketh away"

sorta reminds me of his version of "Heigh Ho (The Dwarfs Marching Song)" from the Stay Awake: Various Interpretations of Music from Vintage Disney Films.
I Luuurve me some Tom Waits! you are the coolest sister EVER. "Chocolate Jesus" is one of my all time favorites, as is "Whats He Building In There" I would also add "Old 55" to my list, and also the song off swordfish troblone with the line "She was a spent piece of used Jet-trash, with a chihuahua named Carlos with some sort of skin disease" Sadly can't think of the name of the song, but for obvious reason, I could not forget the bit of lyric.
