I was about to go to bed without posting anything. Now the stress is on; we're more than halfway through this NaBloPoMo thing, and I'd really hate to mess it up. So here's a picture of Ruby in the back yard, taken the other day.

I'm so impressed with your "article a day" entries. Most are awesome. I recently suffered a tragic cuisinart accident [think Ninja throwing star in foot] that prompted me to write about Duct Tape's sundry uses. Of course, no article on DT would be complete without your masochistic duct tape shaving experiment.

She is a cute puppy, even though she did run afoul of the law yesterday.
And Phil, as I commented over at your place -- I don't think my duct tape shaving experiment qualifies as masochistic. Doesn't it have to hurt to be of use to a masochist? Of course, the fact that it doesn't hurt much is a consequence of many many years of performing the task with a mixture of melted beeswax and pine resin, which was fairly painful for the first, say, ten applications. So, never mind. In fact, I can't think of anything I've ever done on purpose that was more painful than that.
Cuisinarts are dangerous, though. Be careful!!
