Just in case I forget

I'm going to post this just in case I don't get around to finishing that other post I started this morning. I know you come here for the Ruby pictures anyway, not my rambly posts.

Although you'll want the Scotch Pie recipe, I think. I just didn't get a chance last night to make the crust. And I might not feel like cooking anything tonight. The lamb and carrot and parsnip filling is yummy (I know it's not exactly traditional, but whaddya want? Scotch Pie is not exactly food of my people).
